In general, broadband internet refers to actual service speeds upto 4Mbps. Ultraband refers to internet speeds ranging from 5Mbps to 45Mbps.

The applicant must submit his/her passport size photographs.
For address proof the applicant should submit ration card, latest society or water bill, telephone bill, papers of property tax or IT papers.
For office use the applying company should submit proof of address of the existing company like tax papers

We take four weeks to deliver a Business Line Connection from reciept of Business CAF from your end in general. We take additional two weeks to provision services in locations where we are not already present. For Home Line connections we usually take less than 3 working days to provision in existing locations. If our service is already present to your neighbour, you can be rest assured that we will be able to connect you within 4 Hrs of request. Our Services Team will be able to clarify the exact date of service availability.

Registration Process is online and requires a very simple confirmation through your mobile phone. All billing, payment and service information will be sent to this number only. Your will also require to submit a duly signed CAF and send required address proof and id proof as required by Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. Our Services Personal will be able to assist you in the process

Ultraband Installation is very simple. Technically you are connected to the nearest Telecom Tower which should not be more than 3Kms apart from your location. You have to point the right location for delivery, right place for termination of wired/wireless equipment and we will try our best to aesthetically deliver the service. The most important thing is to ensure that proper permissions and premise agreements are provided by the right building owner/association head to us.

Ultraband Service consumption is continously monitored and made available to you in simple report through our portal. You can use your username and password combination to access the portal and avialable information

Ultraband Service Renewal the easiest of all processes. Completely automated if you like it so. You can change service or pay online to renew you service. We accept all credit/debit cards, netbanking services. All transactions are subject to payment gateway charges and convinience charges. If you are not comfortable to renew through our online gateway methods, you can use NEFT/RTGS to pay and send us the transaction detail for verification. We will add credits to your account after we have verfied the reciepts . We have advance deposit system which can allow autorenewal of services. We will not disturb you for collection.

All service are at a sharing ratio of 1:8 unless specified. Speeds for certain packages are limited to 2Mbps during 9AM to 6PM and thereafter exanded to the maximum package limit. Speeds will be enhanced automatically due to reduction in bandwidth prices. The best way to measure the maximum speed for single user account is by using "Download Acceletors" and programs like "Netmeter". For Business users (we are working on similar facility for home users also) we will provide seperate MRTG style graphs to capture usage speeds.

Very Easy. Just call us and we will provide you a Wireless Access Point on Rental. We will configure and maintain this access point till such time you use it. Warranty and suppport is covered as long as you continously subscribe to services and you do not break it. We also provide wireless access ion public places, schools, colleges and government institutions where you can access internet and relevant services

All information is avaialble on the billing portal. There is no definite expiry date. You can login and check your service expiry date. You can also view all billing details through the portal. All services are on rental basis and payable in advance and will be available as long as you pay. Any refunds/service credits are processed back end and may not be avaialable on time. So please ensure that you use the deposit system or online payment to renew our services and do not depend on refunds to take place on time. We do not extend services for non-payment. We either credit any refund to your account as a deposit or will give you a negotiable instrument after due process and deduction of applicable fee.

Service change can be made through the portal or through our service representative or by email request. You can either have a scheduled change of service(particular date) or instant change of service. If the date of change of service is before the expiry date you will loose all available credits for the existing service. The new service will be applicable from such date. Expiry of the new service will be as per the new service terms. We understand that you may not be exactly happy to learn this. So we decide to make this sound better. Write to us and we will write back to you with reason as to what we consider is fair. We are sure we can reach an agreeable value for crediting back to your account. However we do not give you any assurances in this regard.

Peer2Peer Service is included in all packages unless specified otherwise.

Please check if your package supports P2P services. If yes then your netowrk access is already configured for P2P access. Then you need to use the "Automatic Configuration" option in your torrent client to start using P2P Service. You may contact our nearest support center number / same as the sales center number to check out newer packages or send a mail to services@bluwifi.in without fail.
